- An Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) Behavioral Health Technician provides individual services to the child/youth consistent with attaining the goals of the Individual Resiliency Plan, including the implementation, modeling and coaching of identified interventions in order to promote crisis stabilization and supporting the child/youth, caregiver and other team members with challenging behaviors they are experiencing across settings.
- Certification as a BCBA
- Certification as a RBT
- Forty hours of training covering the RBT Task List evidenced by a Certification that includes the name of the responsible trainer, who is certified as a BCBA or BCaBA
- Have a minimum of two years experience in the provision of behavioral health services
