- Residential Youth Care (RYC) is seeking qualified, licensed applicants for a full-time Behavioral Health Clinician to provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents experiencing mental health, behavioral, and/or emotional difficulties, who may be in crisis, involved in the legal system, or are in state's custody.
- Must posses State of Alaska licensure or be eligible to pursue licensure reciprocity with the State of Alaska Preference given to those with experience working with adolescents and families, experience in a residential treatment setting, and/or substance abuse certification.
- Familiarity with Medicaid billing and documentation a plus.
- RYC is a fast-growing community-based residential treatment home and behavioral health clinic that provides clinic and therapeutic behavioral health rehabilitation services to clients age 10-18 (residential), focusing on 15 key social skills for life success.
- RYC also offers a variety of programs to meet the needs of individual clients; including School Support Services with credit recovery (individualized educational plans, study skills group, year-round school), and Transition programming to older youth pursuing independent adulthood.
