- Were past the stage of wanting to be a really big craft brewery because weve found real creative freedom at a sweet spot between 5,000 and 10,000 Beer-Barrels (BBLs) of annual production with significant volume moving directly to consumers through our taprooms.
- Oakshire has historically relied exclusively on food trucks for all food service operations but under the leadership of our newly hired Hospitality Director, Oakshire is preparing to launch an internal food service operation for the first time.
- The Kitchen Manager will report directly to the Hospitality Director, working together to open the kitchen at the Oakshire Beer Hall, train co-workers, and establish expectations for product quality and consistency.
- As an Oakshire employee, ongoing expectations include the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, ensuring proper inventory on hand, quality of food served, health code compliance, operational cleanliness and overall success of the food program, while maintaining budgetary goals & Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
- Work closely with the GM and Hospitality Director to schedule & manage the use of the Prep kitchen space with food cart partners and commissary contractors.
