- Bartenders is a pooled-tip service role that works closely with the management team and all other front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
- The Bartender is responsible for creating cocktails for the guests, as well as creating the cocktail list, liquor inventory and purchasing.
- The Bartender should be an expert in spirits, liqueurs and cocktails and should have a strong knowledge of the menu and wine list.
