- Training and Experience: Must have at least 3-5 years of banquet set-up in a leadership role and/or management experience in a Hotel/ Resort.
- Eliminate all safety hazards and report all injuries and accidents to Security and the Banquet Director.
- Courteously respond to all Guest requests, contact Banquet Director as needed.
- Submit inventories as assigned by Banquet Director.
- Perform all other duties that will assist in quality service as assigned by the Banquet Director.
