- The Banquet Server is responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to banquet guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Setup action stations, Cook (ie: simmer, brown, sauté, Serve patrons at action stations in accordance with head chef plate presentation and garnishes
- Setup banquet buffet displays both hot, and cold in allotted time
- Report those needs and preferences to the proper Banquet captain(s)
- Proper coffee brewing and tea brewing techniques are expected of all banquet staff
