- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Greet all guest with eye contact and a warm welcome as they enter the dining area.
- Assist with seating guests as needed (in the absence of the hostess) Provide fast, friendly professional and responsive customer service to hotel & restaurant guest & staff.
- Serve food and beverage in accordance with standards and in a professional courteous manner.
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items and composition Adhere to all Brand Standards regarding Food and Beverage and Service Assist with the set up and cleanliness of the Restaurant.
- Assist with clearing and set-up of tables Assist with restocking of supplies as needed Communicate effectively with Management and other Team Members Use Point of Sale (POS) system as required Perform other duties assigned by supervisor/ manager.
