- The company serves four major Product/Client Segments: Small Business, Mid-Sized CORE, Larger Businesses (Middle Market) and Group Association Members (Programs).
- Operate as an independent thought leader with dual accountability to both PEI's President and Chief Actuary.
- Work closely with product stakeholders including, Underwriting, Marketing, Sales and Actuarial on strategy, regulatory changes, compliance, customer service, workflow and implementation schedules.
- Project Management Certifications such as CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), PMP (Project Management Professional) a plus.
- Industry designations such as CPCU, CIC, ARM, AU, WCIRB Essentials or similar designations a plus.
