- We are actively seeking a dynamic individual to take the reins in shaping the strategy, design, and implementation of our Total Rewards, Compensation, Payroll, HR Systems & Technology, and People Operations functions.
- In partnership with the EVP and Chief People Officer, the VP of Talent, and the VP of DEI, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our Total Rewards offerings not only attract top talent but also foster a workplace culture that aligns with our business strategies.
- Develop success criteria, analytics, and metrics ensuring alignment with and support the Total Rewards, People Operations and HR Technology priorities.
- Supports the EVP and CPO in the development, planning and execution of the PSS People Strategy and annual business plan which supports the strategic direction of the organization.
- Leads and establishes plan for the Total Rewards, People Operations and HR Technology areas each year.
