- The Automotive Service Manager manages all service related staff to ensure a satisfactory customer experience.
- The Automotive Service Manager serves as the liaison between the store and Support Service to ensure that Store Performance Expectation (SPE) objectives and customer satisfaction are obtained.
- The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least 5 year of dealer-level or large Automotive Service Management experience, an unrestricted California driver's license and a clean driving record, and a strong technical and customer service performance record.
