- The Facilitator will be assigned a group of dealerships within a defined geographic area and will be responsible for organizing and conducting training programs, both in-person and virtually, focused on sales product and skills training.
- Automotive industry experience is mandatory with at least 3 - 5 years experience in dealership consulting and training.
- Experience working with automotive dealership sales teams at the General Manager, General Sales Manager, and Salesperson level.
- Experience training in negotiation-free sales, CX and hospitality is strongly preferred.
