Job Title: Electrical & Automation EngineerLocation: Jefferson, WI (Onsite)Duration: 18 Months+ -This position is 100% based out of Jefferson, WI (No exceptions for WFH)-Overtime is not guaranteed but could include some evenings and 2nd shifts when needed (at 1.5X the base pay)-Some travel to St. Louis for onboarding or meetings-Must be able to climb ladders and stairs. Requires daily walking through a construction site POSITION SUMMARY:The E&A Engineer will support scoping, engineering and design execution, and implementation of electrical, controls and automation engineering for capital projects. The E&A engineer will provide oversight of engineering and design execution by the client and 3rd party resources, and the engineer will provide technical support, the Factory engineering team, and the local Project Management Organization (PMO) engineering team, in support of the execution of capital projects. Education/Experience:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field AND 5+ years of experience with control systems design in a food, beverage, or industrial manufacturing environment, including drawing development, execution/audit, specifications, RFP/RFIs, construction execution, and validation of installation to 2D/3D models.ORAssociate degree in engineering or related field AND 7+ years of experience with control systems design in a food, beverage or industrial manufacturing environment, including drawing development, execution/audit, specifications, RFP/RFIs, construction execution, and validation of installation to 2D/3D models. Experience with large, multi-million-dollar capex projects.
