- Provide instructional design expertise, feedback, and guidance for content created by the business to ensure adherence to adult learning and instructional design principles.
- Effectively utilize technology to support the development of learning and performance solutions (e.g., IT tools, video technology, etc.)
- Develop appropriate evaluation plans for learning and performance solutions, when appropriate.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Manage reporting and analysis for the Learning Request Workflow (LRW) and LMS. Escalate LRW and LMS issues.
