- Reporting to the Director, Project Management, the Associate Director, Project Management is responsible for managing cross-functional drug development projects, in either preclinical or clinical development stages.
- This individual, in concert with the Project Teams, will drive project execution and serve as the official source of project status.
- Partners with all functional areas (translational research, CMC, regulatory affairs, clinical development, clinical operations, and pharmacovigilance) to build and maintain integrated project timelines, track progress, resolve conflicts, and communicate current project status.
- BA/BS in a scientific field relevant to the drug development process
- Five to eight years of relevant work experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry; of which a minimum of three years working in a project management role, preferably working with multi-disciplinary drug development teams
