- In this role, the successful candidate In collaboration with the Senior Director (SD), the Associate Director is a member of the Planned Giving team with responsibility for identifying and cultivating relationships with grateful patients, key volunteers and friends of NYU Langone Health (NYULH).
- The Associate Director will work directly with prospects and donors interested in including NYULH in their estate plans, as well as personally or with colleagues where a hybrid gift (i.e., one where current assets and a deferred gift component are combined).
- Engage and coordinate with the Prospect Research Management & Strategy Team to identify new major donor and planned gift prospects from patient databases and other relevant sources.
- Strategize with planned giving colleagues on the development of a technical newsletter to estate planning professionals.
- Work collaboratively with Planned Giving colleagues, as well as with those on the Major Gifts, Donor Stewardship and Experience, Alumni Relations, Donor Relations, Direct Response, Prospect Research and Development Administration teams to provide the most productive engagements for prospective and current donors with NYULH.
