- Collaborate closely with CCYJ's Impact team to develop a deep understanding of and connection to CCYJ's Community Violence Intervention work and the King County Community Violence Intervention ecosystem, partners, and stakeholders.
- Support Director of PSA in strategic oversight related to contract management, procurement management, risk management, scope and change management, communications management, documentation management, and outcome goals and metric management for assigned portfolios of work.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners across a variety of professions and those with lived expertise, including law enforcement, elected officials, judges, juvenile court administrators, court staff, service providers, non-profit organizations, evaluators/researchers, youth, families, and community leaders.
