- Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Associate Director will be involved in all aspects of the Hartwick College admission process: managing a recruitment territory, travel, assisting with organizing special events, coordinating with alumni volunteers, interviewing prospective students, reviewing applications, supporting student ambassadors and tele-counselors, and other duties as assigned.
- The Associate Director assists in the training and mentorship of new employees and in the continual training and professional development of all admissions staff.
- an appreciation for and sensitivity to a variety of backgrounds and traditions from which students may come, and the ability to work well both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with Ellucian Colleague is preferred.
