- The CRE Sales Associate 1 has a strong understanding of the Commercial Real Estate market, credit and products and facilitates proactive identification and analysis of opportunities – exhibiting creativity around idea generation.
- Supplements analysis with research and evaluations from a wide variety of sources to develop an assessment of client, competitor, property segment, market and industry risks and trends.
- The Sales Associate 1 may be assigned to a selected Relationship Manager(s) and may also partner closely with a Portfolio Management team to provide assistance with the ongoing portfolio maintenance activities and client relationship support of certain relationships or portfolios.
- Sales Disciplines: Ownership of pre-call planning strategies for selected clients and/or RMs, sales tools management
- Client Support: Attends client calls and meetings with assigned Relationship Manager(s), supports and participates in client planning end-to-end process
