- We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and are accredited by the Joint Commission for Ambulatory Care and Behavioral Health.
- Under the supervision of the Supervising Clinician, the Associate Clinician for Crisis Receiving for Behavioral Health is responsible for attending to patients in crisis and in need of interventions for a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, pain management, substance abuse, and other chronic medical conditions for which the patient would benefit from emotional support, coaching, and behavior changes.
- Registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an ASW or AMFT is required.
- Experience with brief interventions, including Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) preferred;
- Adherence to infection control procedures, including but not limited to, standard precautions of temperature monitoring, hand washing, symptom self-monitoring, masking and social distancing.
