- This important and highly visible position will manage relationships with faculty to establish and execute annual giving efforts for the Department in coordination with U of U Health Advancement Annual Giving, and will work with a portfolio of donors who have the capability of making annual leadership, major, and planned gifts.
- In consultation with the DOA for Surgery and department leadership, the ADOA establishes and executes the annual giving/leadership annual giving strategy.
- Executes an annual giving plan of solicitations for grateful patients and families, training alumni, friends, and others to include email, some direct mail, digital, social media, and emerging technologies.
- In consultation with DOA for Surgery, strategically builds and manages a portfolio of leadership annual giving and major gift prospects, including grateful patients and families, training alumni, and others.
