- We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team.
- Oversee front-end operations, including online pick-up and cash office management, to ensure efficient and accurate transactions and the highest level of customer service.
- Provide coaching and counseling to associates, resolve customer issues, respond to donation requests, and coordinate local community events and fundraising initiatives.
- Manage daily store operations, including sales, profitability, compliance, sanitation and safety, merchandising, payroll, and administration.
- 1-3 years of supervisory/leadership experience; preferably in retail, grocery, or a related field.
