- The Assistant Manager will work in coordination with the Thrift Store Manager in the responsibilities of meeting daily goals, motivation and development of store staff, merchandise organization, production, customer service, and sales while maintaining a clean organized retail setting.
- When the Thrift Store Manager is not on site, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for all daily activities in the store.
