- As Assistant General Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to join the team in developing the SoCal presence of an exciting American restaurant with a country western flair.
- Our 8,000sf Orange Country restaurant will feature a beautiful bar, casual, and formal dining areas, and a private dining room.
- While we won’t have a patio, we will have an open air dining section and be highly visible as we are located on one of the busiest streets in OC. We will be open for brunch Fridays through Sundays, and dinner Tuesday through Sunday.
- To the extent there is interest, participate in the development and maintenance of a craft cocktail program.
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a managerial role.
