- Job DescriptionThe Assistant Project Manager is responsible to provide general assistance to and may be responsible for the direction and performance of a subset of principal areas of responsibility of the Project Manager.
- Responsibilities:Provide general assistant to, and may be responsible for, the direction and performance of a subset of the principal areas of the project – including utilization of CPM software to manage and update project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage 7+ active capital design/construction projects ($75,000-$1,000,000) with varying complexity, in both GMP and non-GMP areas, including but not limited to clean rooms, pharmaceutical injectable filling lines, dirty utilities, and general facility improvements.
- Draft and submit CPA documentation to obtain funding approval.
- Lead and attend weekly project meetings with different teams comprised of client, consulting firm, and vendor stakeholders.
