- Position Details Position Information Recruitment/Posting Title Assistant Professor in Food Science; Tenure-Track Department SEBS - Food Science Salary Commensurate With Experience Posting Summary The Department of Food Science prepares our students for jobs in the food industry, government, and academia.
- This tenure-track faculty hire will complement existing departmental expertise in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, food packaging, microbiology, lipid chemistry, nanotechnology, non-thermal processing, natural preservatives, nutraceuticals, and sensory evaluation.
- A faculty hire in this area is core to the mission of the department and the food science undergraduate and graduate curricula and will teach courses in principles of food science, food chemistry and/or sensory science.
