Position Summary: The Assistant Nurse Manager assists with, facilitates, and communicates the patients plan of care to members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Also assists with human resource management activities, such as staff scheduling, staff development, and performance monitoring. Is accountable for management of the division on a 24-hour basis. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Lukes mission and values.
