- Boston, MA Full-time BASIC PURPOSE: Assists in all Labor Relations activities including serving as hearing officer for grievance and disciplinary hearings.
- Serves as a secondary liaison to Third Party Claims Administrator, Retirement Board, and outside legal counsel.
- SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Works under the general supervision of the Manager of Labor Relations (for labor issues) and Manager, Human Resources Operations (for workers' compensation) issues.
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Serves as hearing officer for grievance and disciplinary hearings.
- Administers Workers' Compensation return to work light duty program with guidance from the Manager, Human Resources Operations.
