- Objective :To act primarily on behalf of the club and company as Sales Manager in achieving and/or exceeding club membership sales goals and production.
- To lead, manage and train club staff according to the company’s Mission, Vision, Pillar of Success, Service Standards and Business philosophy and continually provide optimal performance for; net member growth and retention, and club profitability.
- The AGM will also manage revenue and non-revenue performance and when appropriate payroll budgets in order to maximize profitability.
- Ensure there is coverage at all times with well-trained, motivated sales staff and work collaboratively with the other AGM when present in club.
- Monitor and assist Membership Directors in sales prospecting including the use of lead boxes, distribution of passes, participation in community events and community outreach/marketing.
