- The Assistant General Counsel II is responsible for contract review and negotiations with interaction to business clients at all levels of management and general legal support in the Enterprise Legal Department for The Joint Commission and its affiliates.
- Responsibilities PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDuties include contract review and negotiations with interaction to business clients at all levels of management.
- Participate in legal counseling with internal clients on a broad range of topics related to contract risks and mitigation on both the procurement and provisioning end of business.
- Assist in a variety of moderate scope legal matters within the Legal Department and for other departments as requested.
- As requested by supervising attorney and the EVP & CLO, coordinate outside counsel projects, keeping the supervising attorney and EVP & CLO informed of developments.
