- Reporting to the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Cyber & Privacy, the selected candidate will provide timely and practical advice on a range of privacy and data protection matters, effectively assess and communicate risk to the organization, and design and implement privacy-centric processes that address risk across the enterprise.
- The successful candidate will provide legal support to and collaborate with partners across Leidos’ corporate functions and business sectors and will represent and advocate Leidos’ approach to privacy in engagements with external partners.
- Monitoring relevant legislative developments, regulatory guidance, and enforcement actions relating to privacy and data protection in the jurisdictions in which the company operates
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating privacy and data protection terms in various types of agreements (e.g., vendor/service provider agreements, customer agreements, data processing and data usage agreements, Business Associate Agreements)
- Juris Doctor from a U.S. accredited law school
