- The Assistant Director of Marketing and Fan Experience will oversee aspects of the Athletic Marketing and Fan Experience Department as well as develop and execute creative, innovative marketing plans that maximize revenue, brand profile, attendance, and fan experience to create a home field/court advantage.
- Generate revenue to assist in the growth and operations of the Tennessee Athletic Department
- Responsible for the creation and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that focuses on increasing attendance with a specific emphasis on maximizing ticket sales and fan experience to create a home court advantage.
- Additional efforts to include advertising, scripting, in-game elements, atmosphere and marketing items related to ticketing/production/game day activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in sports management, athletic administration, business administration, or related field is required.
