- Under general supervision, the Assistant Director of Development Services administers, managers, and supervises the operations of the Town’s Development Services programs, including development review, long-range planning, and special projects as assigned.
- Lead or assist in the coordination and implementation of development projects and special projects, including zoning request, special use permits, platting, long-range plans, and maintain appropriate codes, ordinances, and policy documents used to guide development.
- Directs and enforces the compliance of Town, State, and Federal laws, codes and regulations related to zoning, planning, development, and records retention.
- Supervises division manager(s) and other assigned staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, or related field; AND
