- The Assistant Director of Development & Donor Engagement in the Chambers College of Business and Economics is responsible for identifying, building relationships and advancing gifts at the leadership annual giving level, $5,000-$49,999 and up with a portfolio of assigned prospects, coordinating with the WVU Foundation's Annual Giving program on the annual plan, donor stewardship and coordinating prospect/donor visits to campus.
- Execute qualifying discussions to define philanthropic aspirations of individuals, corporations, and foundations identified by the WVU Foundation Prospect Discovery and Strategy program at the leadership annual giving level, a capacity of $5,000 - $49,999.
- Manage a portfolio of leadership annual giving donors and prospects, as defined by working with the WVU Foundation, through qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
- Coordinate with the Foundation's Annual Giving program to prepare materials for the RNL synergy plan, Day of Giving and annual giving level projects.
- Coordinate with the Foundation's Donor Relations program to develop and execute personalized stewardship plans for select donors and prospects as agreed upon at the College level.
