- Responsible to support the Site Director to ensure compliance with all Title 5 regulations, Licensing regulations, agency policies and procedures, program compliance, and the Education Code as applicable.
- Responsible for supporting the Site Director in accordance with Title 5, licensing requirements and site needs.
- Designated Site Supervisor in the absence of the Site Director.
- Site support as needed to maintain implantation of funding requirements: Quality Preschool Initiative (Maintenance of Tier 5 – QRIS status), Head Start, Early Head Start, California State Preschool Program, Alternative Payment, and Parent Paid Tuition and documentation in ChildPlus.
- Responsible to ensure daily center cleanliness and organization of front desk area.
