- The HSSP is a specialized program that provides comprehensive and intensive field-based community mental health services designed to meet the unique needs of individuals in Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) who are formerly homeless and have a Severe Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED).
- The Assistant Director will monitor and support all administrative aspects of the HSSP, funder expectations, contract goals and outcomes to ensure compliance.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Senior Director and Director of the Housing Supportive Services Program, the Assistant Director is responsible for the following:In collaboration with the Director, monitor all administrative aspects of agency’s Department of Mental Health (DMH) contracted HSSP and contract, including billing and contract maximization in compliance with contract goals and outcomes in a timely manner.
- Represent agency interests at Department of Mental Health meetings, as well as other DMH HSSP county-wide meetings
- Complete required reporting to LA County Department of Mental Health as outlined by contract requirements.
