- As an Assistant Behavior Support Specialist you will assist in the development and training of other RBTs within the center, oversee the preschool program as well as assist the BCBAs with intakes and assessments.
- Must be an RBT for at least 9 months and have been actively working with clients for 9 months and as served in the role of either Senior RBT or Lead RBT at MAC, if appropriate
- Must have completed or are currently enrolled in graduate degree in ABA/related field and pursuing certification as a BCBA
- Working knowledge of basic technology: windows operating systems, iOS, word, excel, PowerPoint, email, tablets and computers
- Ability to change one's own behavior as directed by the BCBA
