- The Assistant Banquet Manager's purpose is to ensure that events and/or activities are highly organized and well executed, resulting in the complete satisfaction of Edgewater guests attending the event.
- This position supervises event room set-ups, service, execution and maintenance of all banquet functions and banquet equipment.
- Interview, hire & train, and resolve service issues with staff in conjunction with the Banquet Manager.
- Supervise clean-up of function room and proper breakdown and storage of equipment.
- Ensuring constant communication is maintained with the Catering, Sales, Kitchen and Banquet department team members.
