- Role OverviewThis is a senior leader position on the AWM Sustainability & Impact (“S&I”) team driving the strategic direction, integration, and value creation of the Sustainability & Impact program across the AWM Private Investing business.
- It will drive implementation of ESG and sustainability initiatives across the AWM Private Investing business, including building out and managing the Sustainability Center of Excellence for the Value Accelerator.
- This role is responsible for ensuring key sustainability initiatives are delivered upon in a consistent way across the AWM Private business units and will be a key point of connection in sustainability with other areas, including the Value Accelerator, Alternatives Capital Formation (“ACF”), HCM, Fund & Information Management, and Engineering.
- This role will also support the strategic direction of the business, including new initiatives with a focus on developing a platform for sustainability to drive value accretive sustainability / ESG focused programs across data management and analytics, communications, reporting, and the Value Accelerator.
