Develop new relationships for bid opportunities
Dedicate needed time cold calling to support identifying new relationships and achievement of sales goal
Company face for key trade organizations in Wisconsin and Chicagoland (BOMA, IFMA, IREM, CAI etc.)
Strategic involvement in above organizations
Tradeshow lead (Identifying, logistics, giveaways, etc.)
Marketing related to your sales goal (New Web Page, Facebook, LinkedIn, Photos, Monthly Articles, etc.)
Develop marketing programs for assigned verticals
Support Development of an Inside Sales Program and development of the Milwaukee office<br/><br/>Qualifications:
5+ years experience in a similar role
Experience in the paving/asphalt/concrete industry<br/><br/>
