ABOUT THE ROLE <ul> <li>Adhere to all SAFETY, ENVIRONMENTAL AND COMPLIANCE POLICIES </li> <li>General Laboring (carrying, lifting parts and tools, cleaning) </li> <li>Participates in mechanical maintenance activities that may require the use of operating hand tools and equipment. </li> <li>Perform routine maintenance on equipment as required; determine when equipment is in need of repair and inform appropriate authorities. </li> <li>Work is performed in an outdoor setting, which could include heat, rain and dust. </li> <li>Must be able to switch from days to night with little notice </li> <li>Willingness to work required overtime as needed </li> <li>Must be on time and work in a team environment </li></ul>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR <ul> <li>Experienced welder/fabricator (preferred) </li> <li>Experience using hand tools (Drills, pneumatic powered tools, hammers, wrenches) </li> <li>Ability to read measuring tools </li> <li>Understand Basic mathematics </li> <li>Good communication skills/someone who can work in a team environment </li> <li>Ability to diagnose problems with plant/site equipment </li> <li>MA Hoisting License (Skid Steer, BobCat, Man-Lift operator) (preferred) If you have the required qualifications and wish to be considered for this position, please submit your resume. </li></ul>Additional Requirements: <ul> <li>Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
