- Application Support Analyst IThe Application Support Analyst is responsible for the support of company application systems in a high-availability, multi-site, geographically diverse 24 x 7 environment as part of a team of analysts.
- The candidate will have at least 1 year in an analyst or application support role and experience supporting mission-critical SQL based client-server ERP/operational software packages for local and remote users.
- The Application Support Analyst position reports to the Application Support Manager.
- Act as an escalation point and resource to the Service Desk for application related issues.
- At least 1 year of related work experience in systems analysis or software support.
