- Lead product strategy, development and execution for the annuity platform in support of over 1,000 advisors that serve the retail and high net worth (up to $25 million in assets) segments in the $120 billion in AUM Broker/Dealer.
- Develop and implement a proactive sales & marketing strategy designed to increase product adoption and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain a due diligence process that reviews current and potential annuity solutions in an effort to create and implement a robust and competitive platform.
- Develop and implement internal policies & procedures in order to ensure business continuity, regulatory compliance and alignment with overall Truist Wealth policies.
- Act as the main liaison between Truist Wealth and TIH, LLC, with a focus on creating appropriate accountabilities for both entities to promote the usage of life, long-term care, and disability solutions with Truist Wealth clients.
