- ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW: At Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington, your knowledge and service in areas such as immigrants and refugees, mental health, social work, employment and adult education, legal and financial services, health care, food assistance, shelter and housing, developmental disabilities and prison outreach can make a profound difference in the lives of many.
- This includes development, production management and execution of integrated fundraising appeals and operational strategies related to all aspects of the annual giving program, including new donor acquisition, direct mail, digital appeals, donor renewal efforts, monthly giving, employer-matching gift programs, and workplace giving.
- The position partners with the agency's Communications and Marketing team on branding, messaging, and communication of the organization's vision utilizing digital marketing and leveraging social media promotion/advertising for fundraising development.
- The AGDMO will provide expert knowledge on Annual Giving and Direct Marketing fundraising and experience working with donor data systems, specifically The Raiser's Edge and Luminate systems for audience segmentation, coding of appeals, creation of donation pages, scheduling of solicitations, and tracking and reporting on campaigns.
- Administers all workplace giving programs including Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) and United Way. Works with Finance and Donor Services teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting on campaign results and donor giving.
