- The Analyst, Customer Intelligence & Operations (Reporting & Monitoring) is responsible for providing adequate support to the Credit Servicing & Customer Service areas in topics related to the monitoring and oversight of monthly claims and statements issued for different products as well as with other projects and regulatory requirements needed to administer all servicing portfolios.
- Position works hybrid & reports to the Oriental Center building in San Juan, PR.
- Compiles information from different core banking systems and analyzes qualitatively and/or quantitative information by monitoring Credit Servicing data related to all loan portfolios.
- Assists in establishing procedures with clear definitions, adequate controls and proper monitoring to comply with Regulatory and Bank procedures.
- Three (3) years of experience in mortgage operations, servicing and/or regulatory aspects.
