- The Business Development Manager's (BDM) primary role is to develop & execute the West Region's sales/channel strategy for Ag & Industrial products (MLT, M, MC, MI, ME, TMF).
- New business development in the Existing or in the Specialty Channel, while driving demand within key industries convincing them to choose the Manitou brand when renting or buying the range.
- The market strategy includes understanding the competition, competitive pricing and distribution, market access, customer preferences and typical product applications.
- Develops channel competencies with assigned Ag & Industrial (MLT, M, MC, MI, ME, TMF) product portfolio.
