- The Assistant Community Director is fully accountable in assisting the Community Director with the day-to-day property operations, and managing the asset to meet the client's expressed operational and financial goals.
- Assists with the supervision of on-site staff, which may include: Resident Services Coordinator(s), Compliance Specialist(s), Leasing Manager, Leasing Consultant(s), Maintenance Supervisor(s), Maintenance Technician(s), Make-Ready or Rehab Technician(s), Groundskeeper(s)/Porter(s), Painter(s), and Cleaner(s)/Housekeeper(s).
- Client Relations Carry out the philosophies and wishes of the Owner in the daily overall operations of the apartment community to ensure FPI is meeting the Client objective and expectations
- Revenue Management Assists the Community Director in maximizing revenue potential of the property through the management of lease expirations and timely turnoverAssists the Community Director with the management of monthly rent collections and delinquency to include timely deposit and security of funds according to FPI policiesAccurately processing vendor invoices and managing accounting month end
- Reporting and Document Management Maintain appropriate resident files including forms, leases, documents in accordance with FPI Standard Operating Procedures Responsible for the daily integrity and confidentiality of resident filesEnsure that documents and reporting systems are maintained, updated, and organizedMeet all periodic reporting requirements as requested/required e.g., Month End, Weekly Reports, Collection/Eviction Files etc.
