- The AEL Planner/Contract Manager will provide a full range of support to the AEL Service Providers for service delivery; required scheduled signoffs; Leads efforts in monitoring and oversight; Performs quality control through the evaluation of monitoring quarterly reports; Oversees the development of Instructional Design to ensure quality service delivery; and maintain communication with partners and the community to support collaboration.
- This position will assist the AEL Director in oversight of the AEL program to ensure that it meets all TWC requirements to ensure positive outcomes.
- The AEL Planner/Contract Manager will provide departmental leadership duties in the absence of the AEL Director.
- Works with Board AEL Director and staff to facilitate the production of administrative and oversight policy to direct AEL services at the administrative level.
- Reviews and maintains a working knowledge of AEL and workforce development law, regulations, and policy at the federal, state and local levels; and works with AEL Director to determine the annual impact of AEL programs and recommends implementation strategies.
