- As an Advertising Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, acting as the primary coordinator for advertising campaigns between the Sales teams, Operations teams and the client, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of advertising solutions, upselling clients on relevant products and services to drive results for their business, and keeping a close eye on advertising campaign performance.
- Revenue Analysis: Investigate invoice questions and discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial transactions related to advertising initiatives, campaigns, and billing, and responding back to clients.
- Data Management: Pull advertising information proactively and on request, such as historical data on client advertising spend, former contract levels, and tactics used to support sales efforts and client meetings effectively, and use data to inform, upsell and create new sales opportunities for Account Executives.
- Digital Advertising Proficiency: Possess advanced understanding of digital advertising platforms including Google, Meta (formerly Facebook), and Programmatic campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Advertising and billing systems, CRM software and an aptitude to learn new systems quickly.
