- The Administrative Coordinator role will report to and support the local plant manager and department managers.
- Support the department manager with tasks related to plant activity including daily production reporting, inventories, Daily Production Wire, monthly KPR reporting, monthly scorecard, downtime reporting, data entry, inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor accuracy of purchase orders and OPEX expense coding.
- Support accounting through reviewing Bill of material (BOM) for accuracy – Labor hours, overtime, line speeds, efficiencies, shrinks, etc.
- Manage third party services including office, breakroom, and lavatory cleaning and sanitation services; lawn and landscaping services, breakroom vending services, facility security services (including plant access cards, office/cabinet keys) Provide general administrative task such as administering the Records Retention Policy; ordering office supplies; managing incoming/outgoing mail/packages; arranging travel, acting as a liaison with IT regarding network, phone system, etc.
