- Seeking a self-motivated individual to maintain patient records using electronic health system software and provide general administrative duties and guest relations support in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities will include providing administrative and clerical support such as: word processing, proofreading, writing, and editing reports, data entry, filing, processing inbound/outbound mail, maintaining office equipment, ordering office supplies.
- This position is the voice and face of the Academy through answering phones and greeting customers, both internal and external'a professional and courteous demeanor is a must.
- In addition, the candidate must have the ability to multi-task and work independently as well as within a team.
- A high school diploma or GED is required with additional training in administrative support services and two years office experience preferred.
